Tell us the symptom, not the solution
You do not need to know what you are buying before you call. Most useful first conversations start with something that is not working rather than a product name.
Start a conversation
Three short steps. We reply within one business day.
That would have been sent
This is a demonstration site for a fictional company, so nothing was transmitted and nobody will reply. On a real deployment this is where the enquiry would reach the service desk.

Raise a support request
Do not use the enquiry form for an incident — it is not monitored against an SLA. Use the service desk instead, which is.

Everything else
servicedesk@acme-it.example
We do not take unsolicited sales calls through the service desk line. Send it to hello@acme-it.example with “supplier” in the subject and it will reach the right person, or it will not, honestly.
What happens next
Within one business day, from a person rather than an autoresponder. If your enquiry says something is broken now, it goes to the service desk queue instead and you will hear back the same day.
No. The first conversation is with a consultant or a director, not a business development representative working through a script. If it turns out we are not right for the work, that conversation is where we say so.
No. The first paid thing is normally a fixed-price discovery, and we will not propose one until we both understand roughly what it needs to answer.
On a real deployment: it reaches the enquiry queue, is visible to the consultants who might work on it, and is not added to any marketing list. On this demonstration site it goes nowhere at all — the form does not transmit.
